This is part 17 of the working from home series, today I am talking about taking breaks and lunch time. It is important to take some time away from the laptop. Having lunch with the family or breaks for tea and coffee is important for your general mental health. Don't be a slave to the laptop and never move. Movement is important as a daily goal.
