Two ways to improve your well-being

This is my thoughts, ideas and comments. 

This podcast is about two different techniques to improve your well-being.  My preferred method is by doing exercise, it gives me clarity of thought, it slows my brain activity and means I go to sleep easier as I am physically and mentally tired. Alternatively, you can try meditation which clears your negative thoughts and empty your brain and gives clarity of thought.  I encourage you to try one or the other for your well-being.
