The reason why you might want or need to leave your job

I am a corporate employee with an entrepreneurial mindset.

This podcast are the reasons why you might to need to consider leaving your current job. I talk about these because there are some people in my experience who have stayed in the role for too long. It is important to take stock of your career and consider leaving the company or the role. 

My thoughts and ideas are based on my decision to leave my current employee but I know people in my life who would find this an important jolt to consider their future. 

I am not promoting people leaving their job for nothing, the process of leaving a role is dependent on you leaving for an alternative role. 

For example you may have just started your career and aren't sure what to do. This is prime time to learn and listen and think about what industry/sector and the role you want to do. The 3 most important things in career is

1) salary

2) colleagues

3) role and responsibilities
