Rob was very physical during his younger years and he developed a speech impediment which made him lose his confidence in talking.

He was a successful basketball player, but decided to focus on academics during his last two years of college. He had coaches that helped him build his confidence, discipline, and skills which had an impact on his career. Rob also learned that when someone criticizes him, it is because they care and they want to be successful. Rob has become less competitive and focuses on creating win-win situations.
