Morning routine guilt - why you should let it go

I am a corporate employee with an entrepreneurial mindset.


This is a rant about the morning routines that are shared on social media. If you can and want to wake up at 4am then great for you but if you don't let it go. There is too much morning routine guilt, people who want to wake up early to seize the day but can't do to lots of reasons. My view is that the most productive part of the day is before you start work and the planning your day. I am doing this at 8.30am - 9.00am. I enjoy working in the evening not the morning. Enjoy your mornings and work hard at night, don't feel guilty.
