Mark took sales roles but interesting he was the no.1 tickets sales for Tony Robbins in the 1980s and brought one of my favourite books E-Myth to the UK. We talk about personal development and how it is important for him. 

We discuss the research he has completed in sports psychology. He has developed a new approach to sport psychology call Win-vironment. He has been doing this research for 27 years in different sporting environments. 

Mark talks about his current business, which is helping businesses grow, and he has helped many clients with building sales team to sell the product or service. The Biz Connector is an awesome way to do the thing you like and not be subjected to sales if you don’t like it. 

Mark talks about his legacy and what he wants to leave in his community.
