A feature length interview with Ross Rich, who is Founder & CEO at Accord which is Customer Collaboration Platform built for high-growth sales leaders.
We talk about his first business which was called Victorious Events which he started at university. It was a cool events business which he hosted every month at his university.
Ross then created a music management company to develop artists across Canada. He then moved to his “dream job” at Columbia Records working with Calvin Harris and Snoop Dogg.
Ross worked for Stripe as a sales person, and he approached it to solve clients problems.
He then set up Accord which is a customer collaboration platform for sales teams, he believes there is a necessary change sales from vendorship to partnership. We talk about his funding journey, which is inspiring to hear.
