How to be a business coach
I am a corporate employee with an entrepreneurial mindset.
This is my learning from a formal coaching course that I went on recently. It was really interesting to hear experienced trainers techniques and frameworks for business coaching.
I will talk through key skills that you need to develop and I talk about the importance of 'starts', 'middles' and 'ends' of sessions.
